1.  What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us.  The name, address, e-mail, and payment information that the customer provides as a part of the registration or subscription to the Turning Point Screener will not be disclosed by Turning Point Screening Technologies (TPST).

2.  What are the system requirements to operate the Turning Point Screener?

A version of Microsoft Excel is required to operate the screener.  The Turning Point Screener is designed to operate in Excel 2000 or newer.

3.  After opening the screener file, the sort buttons do not work.  How do I fix this?

a.  In Excel, open the Tools menu.  Choose Macro, and then Security...

b.  On the Security Level tab, select Medium, and then click OK.

c.  Close Excel completely (not just the Excel file).

d.  Re-open the Turning Point Screener Excel file, which will re-open Excel, and now choose to Enable Macros.
