General Information

  • The Turning Point Screener is an end-of-day, predefined screener, and is offered as a daily subscription service.

  • A PC version of Microsoft Excel is required on your computer to use the screener.

  • The screener is offered in monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

  • The screener results are distributed via e-mail to subscribers after each market day.1

  • Subscribers will typically receive the screener results for the day before 7:00 PM EST (4:00 PM PST).  We guarantee distribution of the screener results by 12:00 AM EST (9:00 PM PST).1

Payment Options

  • We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and eCheck.

  • While all of our transactions are processed through PayPal, YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE.  You will be asked if you have a PayPal account, and will be given the opportunity to sign-in or sign-up for PayPal, but this is not required to make a purchase.  However, a PayPal account is required to receive any refund associated with a cancelled subscription as refunds are paid by eCheck via PayPal.

Monthly Plan

 

$45.00 per month

The subscription begins the first day the screener is received and will run for 1 calendar month.

Quarterly Plan

 

$128.25 per quarter (a 5% discount from the monthly rate).

The subscription begins the first day the screener is received and will run for 3 calendar months.

Annual Plan 

 
 $486.00 per year (a 10% discount from the monthly rate).
The subscription begins the first day the screener is received and will run for 1 calendar year.

 

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan - Once service has begun for a subscription month, the plan can not be cancelled for that month.  Any additional months that were pre-paid are fully refundable minus the PayPal transaction charge that Turning Point Screening Technologies incurred upon the subscription purchase.  Any refund will be paid by eCheck via PayPal.
Quarterly & Annual Plans - These plans can be cancelled at any time throughout the subscription period.  The refund will be calculated as if the subscription was on the monthly plan (subscribers will be charged $45.00 for each month of service received, including any final partial month) minus the PayPal transaction charge that Turning Point Screening Technologies incurred upon the subscription purchase.  Any refund will be paid by eCheck via PayPal.

In the event of unforeseen technical or non-technical problems, which result in the delay of distribution of the screener by 12:00 AM EST (9:00 PM PST), subscriber accounts will not be charged for that day's service but will receive the screener for an additional day beyond their original agreement.

Such limitation shall apply, without limitation, to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data.  Such limitation shall apply with respect to the performance or non-performance of the products and services or any information or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to, TPST.  Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.  Such limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Under no circumstances shall TPST be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of god, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
