Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan -

Once service has begun for a subscription month, the plan can not be cancelled for that month.  Any additional months that were pre-paid are fully refundable minus the PayPal transaction charge that Turning Point Screening Technologies incurred upon the subscription purchase.  Any refund will be paid by eCheck via PayPal.

 

Quarterly & Annual Plans -

These plans can be cancelled at any time throughout the subscription period.  The refund will be calculated as if the subscription was on the monthly plan (subscribers will be charged $17.50 for each month of service received, including any final partial month) minus the PayPal transaction charge that Turning Point Screening Technologies incurred upon the subscription purchase.  Any refund will be paid by eCheck via PayPal.
